The Terms and Conditions of Rejuvenate Worldwide contained herein were established to explain and define the rights and responsibilities of Rejuvenate Worldwide, its Independent Distributors, and it's Customers.
Each Customer and Independent Distributor agrees, without reservation, to all the terms and conditions contained herein and holds Rejuvenate Worldwide free from any and all liability that may result from this agreement between the Independent Distributor and Rejuvenate Worldwide.
All Rejuvenate Worldwide there is no cost to become a Distributor or a Customer. Distributors and Customers have the option of purchasing products from Rejuvenate Worldwide.
Independent Distributors are also given access to all training materials should they desire to participate in our business opportunity.
There is no long term commitment or timeframe in which a Customer or Distributor must purchase products. Customers and Distributors may cancel their orders at any time for any reason simply by logging into the Rejuvenate Worldwide website. Commissions can still be earned by Distributors who do not purchase product by making retail sales.
Rejuvenate Worldwide maintains a 3 day 100% refund policy, including shipping and handling charges. You must cancel your order by phone or email within 3 days of placing that order to be eligible for a refund. After the three days has expired, your product will be shipped and you will no longer be eligible for a 100% refund.
If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason after the three days has expired, you may ship the product back anytime within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping and handling charges.
The same 3 day policy applies to the monthly autoship program. If you choose to have your product sent to you every month, you can cancel your autoship order within 3 days of the most recent charge and receive a refund for that month's order including shipping and handling.
Refunds are only given if the 3 day eligibility requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, you must send an email to support@RejuvenateWorldwide.com including your Rejuvenate Worldwide username or ID number.
In order to protect our subscribers and ensure the long term growth and success of Rejuvenate Worldwide, Rejuvenate Worldwide maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of spam email. Spam email is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In the event that you send spam email to people without their permission, you risk immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture of all contacts in that account. As a Rejuvenate Worldwide subscriber, you understand that Rejuvenate Worldwide neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam email by its subscribers. You understand and acknowledge that:
It is ILLEGAL to forge headers on emails and it is ILLEGAL to neglect to include a valid functional unsubscribe link along with a valid mailing address in any emails sent out. Anyone caught forging headers or not including a valid functional unsubscribe link will be immediately and permanently terminated from Rejuvenate Worldwide. Rejuvenate Worldwide also prohibits all subscribers from including the name or website address in any emails they send out. Subscribers are required to use a redirect link when directing prospects to their landing page.
We also require all subscribers to download their list of email addresses that have generated a complaint that can be found in the Spam Policy link in the subscribers section of the Rejuvenate Worldwide website and permanently remove them their your database. If we receive a complaint from the same email address as a previous complaint from an email that was sent more than a week after the original complaint was filed, Rejuvenate Worldwide has the right to terminate your subscription. You are solely responsible for mail sent on your behalf.
Rejuvenate Worldwide will immediately terminate your subscription and suspend all future commissions for violating these Spam Policies. Rejuvenate Worldwide reserves the right to take legal action against any subscriber found violating this Spam Policy. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are terminated for violating the Rejuvenate Worldwide Spam Policy.
Rejuvenate Worldwide distributors may participate in our compensation program as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website.
Commissions are paid as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website. All Distributors understand BEFORE become joining or purchasing any product that there are NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS. Distributors understand that the website is not to reflect earnings, but to be a representation of company growth and does not mean anything in terms of commissions.
Distributors should not participate in Rejuvenate Worldwide under the expectation of earning income without referring new subscribers. Neither Rejuvenate Worldwide, nor its Distributors can guarantee "spillover" or earnings simply by becoming a Distributor. Rejuvenate Worldwide Distributors should not participate in Rejuvenate Worldwide opportunity if they are not planning on sharing the products with others.
Most Distributors earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying to for their products. Although it is possible, Rejuvenate Worldwide Distributors should NOT expect to make a profit simply by becoming a Distributor as it is very possible that will not occur.
Rejuvenate Worldwide cannot guarantee that Distributors earn a profit by implementing the training materials provided. The products are for educational purposes only.
No Distributor should spend money that they cannot afford to lose to purchase products, advertising materials, or anything else related to Rejuvenate Worldwide. It is possible that you will NOT earn any income as a Distributor of Rejuvenate Worldwide.
Rejuvenate Worldwide may change, alter, add, or detract products, services, and compensation at any time and for any reason. Rejuvenate Worldwide reserves the right to terminate a subscriber at any time for violating any of our policies regardless of fault.
All disputes and claims relating to Rejuvenate Worldwide, this Agreement, the Rejuvenate Worldwide compensation plan, or its products, the rights and obligations of a Representative and Rejuvenate Worldwide, or any other claims or causes of action relating to the performance of either a Representative or Rejuvenate Worldwide under the Agreement or the rules and regulations, and/or a Representative's purchase of products shall be adjudicated totally and finally in the state of Texas, or such other location as Rejuvenate Worldwide prescribes.
Rejuvenate Worldwide and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives shall not be liable for, and the Customer or Distributor hereby releases the foregoing from and waives any claim for loss of profit, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which may arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to Rejuvenate Worldwide's performance, non-performance, act, or omission with respect to the business relationship or other matters between the Customer or Distributor and Rejuvenate Worldwide whether sounding in contract, tort, or strict liability.
